Revolver Shooting

I traded my Glock 21 for a 45 colt/acp Ruger Blackhawk. What a difference. I can hit what I aim at with the ruger. The precision and accuracy is great beyond all my expectations.

I had a taurus 44Mag which I could not hit a barn with. I just thought revolvers were shit after that. All the rugers I have had, exceeded my expectations. Guess thats why I never traded a ruger in

Backwards, gunnin?

autos may be newer, but they are not for a more advanced shooter. You don't start with a revolver and "graduate" to an auto.

revolvers

I have owned several revolvers as well as several autos. both are fine but each is different. My wife is more comfortable with a revolver and with a few exceptions, I find them to be a bit more accurate than the autos. The higher capacity and the speed of reloading has to go to the auto. Just remember to modify the combat grip and keek both hands below the cylindes when shooting the revolver, or you may come away with some nasty flash burns.lol
