RGP upper

I'm interested in hearing in anyone has got their hands on a RGP upper from Rem/bushy yet.

If so, I'd like to hear your thoughts...

that's a new one to me. Is it some collaboration between Remington and Bushmaster?

They're both owned by the same parent company which is the freedom group. They use one name for mil contracts (rem) and the other (bushy) to market to the civilian and leo market. It's the same stuff. I was just wondering if anyone had hands on experience with their upper or inside info, because I don't know anyone who has gotten to play with one yet. They market it as basically the same (or very similar) system that the ACR uses, but this version can be slapped on an AR lower. I'm primarily wondering if or how it differs from other monolithic piston systems that are available.
