Ryo have a Ruger pistol too, but it not so very powerful as your .44 mag superblackhawk neh. (word neh mean, are you with me so far) ryo have very nice little Ruger 22 Charger in .22lr and it just the most fun thing to shoot too! and it have weaver rail so can attach several of ryo's smaller optics on it and ryo really like the bipod system that come with the pistol. it is very accurate and shoot really far for a .22lr pistol. it basically sort of a tiny mini carbine version of the Ruger 10/22 but just with a ten inch barrel.

I love shooting them Ruger SuperBlackHawks pistol. A friend of mine has a couple of them. Love the 44 mag and we was shooting some hot loads one day with his pistol and he had a cow when he seen how hot the loads where. We was shooting them over my chrono and getting 1509 pfs with a 250 grain SWC lead bullet. I was shooting these rounds out of a 2 inch 44 mag and my friends SuperBlackHawk had a 6 inch barrel on it.

hey there, 1509 out of either a 2 or 4 inch barrel is pretty hot. I have some Hornady 300 grain JHP that i use for Bear that advertise 1150 fps!
I have a 4 & 5/8 barrel.Rugers are tough guns but i did manage to spin the barrel a fraction with factory loads,Maybe it was these 300g.
I'm sure you were shooting some reloads, good show!
