I would love to recreate the atmosphere of the Scottsdale Gun Club in California. It is clear, well staff by men and women. Only a few of the sales people seem to have an attitude; most are helpful and love their work.
call them and ask. i am a member. i am also good friends with someone that used to work there. it is a great place to shoot, and they have low prices on their firearms because they make most of their money on memberships... but they treat their employees like car dealers. if they don't meet certain quotas of memberships, they get canned, no matter how much firearm knowledge the employee has (they run it like a golds gym). so half of the people working there don't know much about the weapons they sell, they're just good salesmen.
