Season Opener of Top Shot
Well I watched the first episode of this season of Top Shot and I have to say this could be a fun season. I loved they had them shoot the ole Sharps rifle in the first 5 minutes. You sure could tell most of them didn't realize how much that heavy old bullet dropped at 200 yards. I think the oreintal guy got lucky with his shot, but maybe that is just me. I was glad to see they were shooting the 1911 instead of the damn 9mm Berreta that they stuck with all last year. I have to say a few of the shooters they had looked a little out of practice to me. I really thought it was a good start,not so much drama yet(its early i know) and the guns were great,i thought it was a civil war Rolling Block not a Sharps rifle,anyway the Jap is a character(oh boy,not going there).I'm putting my money on the either of the two instructors,don't know their names yet,but there seems to be a good group of shooters,wish i was one of them.

some serious credentials. I don't have the History channel here, but the wife is recording the episodes on DVR and I'll watch them sans commercials when I go home for leave in May. I would love to see more moving and shooting. The people with action shooting experience didn't do as well as the static shooters last season, because all the stages were static. Hopefully they make it more exciting this year.

i believe it is a lot better this year,not so much soap opera shit,but my horse got knocked out of the running last episode to that Jay guy,Germaine shot one "don't shoot" plate in elimination,now that sucked ass there.

they were looking for participants in season 3 already somewhere,i'll have to check around some.This season is definately better than season 1.The contests are great,now somebody knock that Jay guy out.

Cliff's have already been sent in and he was accepted. So they are definitely already working on casting. Not sure when he goes but I really hope he makes it.
He's way fast with that 625 and is beating guys with semiauto's every Tuesday night. Dead on with his aim also, shoots semi's too. Should be interesting, he is totally humble to a certain point but he never gets on anyone and is always helpful...
