sommelier wanted

a good wine for Glazed Ham and an after dinner drink.

I am thinking Pinot Noir or Grenache

and after dinner ...Grapo, or Baileys on the rocks( homemade recipe)

anyone a wine....o?

Being the Christmas holiday I'd say to go with a honey mead, or even a malt duc. Just balancing the sweet/savory nature od the feast can be tricky. Truth told I will never turn away from the traditional red muscadine if you can find it.

Which way are my people going? I have to lead them there!
