My name be Eboneesha Li Herenandez, an
African Hispanic Asiatic-American Girl who just got an award for being the bess
speler in class. I got 67% on the speling test and 30 points for being
black, 5 points for not bringin drugs into class, 5 points for not bringin guns
into class, and 5 points for not gettin pregnut during the cemester. It
be hard to beat a score of 150%.

White dude who sit nex to me is McGee from Ocala . He got a 94% on the test but no extra points on acount of he
have the same skin color as the opressirs of 150 years ago.. Granny ax me
to thank all Dimocrafts and Liberuls for suportin Afermative action. You

all bullshit aside

I am required to fill out and maintain a minority report at the job, i designate some junior superintendent to walk around and meet with the foreman of the different subs to gather their lists together.That report needs to include,how many journeymen,apprentices,minorities(all categories).
This is a daily report and there are minimums allowed in the above categories,if a sub falls below for any length of time,i bring 'em in and we have a"talk".If they can't get their percentages up to the minimum level,they cannot bid on the next job for a period of time.They do not like this,so they hire a warm minority body and train them in safety and put them on the job where that minority person will push a broom yet get apprentice level union wage from whatever sub is needing to meet the "quota".
My last job i had 335 tradesman on the jobsite and 20 different subcontractors that had to meet this criteria and then this daily report goes into my jobsite report and that must meet the minimum quota for a job of this size(approx.150 million on my last job),that report is available to any union BA that comes on site (anytime) and asks to see it.
So these unqualified minority positions are "built" into the contracts just to meet affirmative action requirements.
It is even worse building Indian Casinos but i'm not going into that.
I have to deal with affirmative action everyday and i just deal with it and get the job done but i don't like it.Oh yeah,that 150 mil project,i got it done 2 months ahead of schedule for a cool 1 million dollar bonus for my company,so the costs of some deadbeats to be sweeping is small potatos when you look at the big picture.

You're definitely not a military contractor. A 150 million dollar job for Haliburton or DynCorp would be installing a couple toilet lids, and then when the project is two years late, they still get more money. What a racket
