Former SECSTATE CLINTON DID not SIGN THE SEPARATION DOCUMENT DECLARING SHE TURNED IN ALL WORK-PRODUCT EMAILS.

The " PLOT" now thickens because failure to declare she turned IN, all of those work-product emails, upon separation from that cabinet post, may rise to a federal offense, AND may mean that she failed also, to re-secure any classified documents for which she had previously signed out, and still has in her possession, ESPECIALLY IN AN UNAPPROVED CONTAINER. The latter offense, if proven, will undoubtedly subject her to federal indictment/ imprisonment, for failure to safeguard classified documents, and failure to undergo the required security debriefing.

THIS MAY BE ONE, THE CLINTON REGIME DOES NOT GET AWAY WITH !!

You recall Sandy Burglar? Samuel Richard "Sandy" Berger was the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs.
He's also well know for stealing classified documents. What happened to him, a promotion and pay raise? $50,000 fine, probably paid by Chinese government operatives.

Yes, BUT-----

This IS new, because federal legal action against the big H, is apt to seriously affect her "attractiveness" as the pre-eminent Democrat candidate for POTUS, and the Demos will be scratching and clawing for a viable candidate.

G'morning LLE.

IMHO Martha Stewart should have been sentenced to teaching kindergartners cookie baking skills but no, they sent her off to a chain gang busting up rocks.
I think she is one hot babe and I'd love to knead her dough.
My grand kids would say Ewww!

I'd love to see HRC pay the price for all the crap she has been involved in from the day she became an adult. 20 years hard labor would be nice.
I hope charges against her go to trial, I want to see her convicted.
She MAY be pushed out of the 2016 campaign but with EVIL on her side I believe she'll end up teaching her grand kid how to bake cookies, steal money and elections.
James Carville is already getting his outrageous bullshit ready.
Is he still married to George H.W. Bush's campaign manager? "Don't worry Mr. President, Bill Clinton does not stand a chance against you".

HRC with wrists and ankles chained would be as beautiful a sight as a Polynesian sunset.

I cannot disagree with anything you said. I am hoping that our POTUS just experienced a serious case of dyspepsia/agita at the outcome of the Israeli election. I imagine, BiBi is still laughing his ass off at the thought of the next several interactions with our "American Charlatan",who is not even man enough to send him a congratulatory twx.

Seriously, this could be an important middle east juncture, taken as the repudiation of a two-state "solution" to the PA problem, by the people of Israel. If I were BiBi, I would invite Barrack Hussein to speak before the new Keneseth, WITHOUT TELPROMPTER, SO THE WORLD COULD SEE/HEAR what a brilliant orator Barrack truly is.

Middle East coming to realize they must find a new world leader but that they must have known already. I'm sure Russia will pick up some followers but what about the West, Germany? G.B. has been on the U.S. coat tails so long I can't image them taking the lead.
Maybe two leaders will emerge, one for Europe and one for the M.E. Jordan would be my first guess for the leader of the Middle East in the absence of the U.S.
The last remnants of the illusion that the U.S. still exerts influence over Israel and by extension over the M.E. went to hell when obama could not defeat Prime Minister Netanyahu in the election in spite of him sending his advisors and dumping U.S. tax payer money into the campaign.
The Law of Logical Argument: Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about.
obama has proven that beyond ANY doubt.

My gut feel is that Viscious Vlad [we can call him "V V"] is having fun flexing his disappearing muscles, and deluding himself that he can do some terrorizing himself, and eventually make NATO look like a bunch of pussies, simply because Obama will ALLOW him to do that. Then he will implement the second Russian resurgence and make the Crimea/Ukraine caper look like war games. Ultimate goal--get all of eastern Europe hegemony, and make the US/NATO paradigm obsolete, while V V promises to save the rest of Europe from the radical Islamists.

I expect the next Republican POTUS to rebuild our armed forces, because HE will Have TO.

were over running small countries, pushing around big countries but lo and behold, they were flat broke and it was a last gambit to seize minerals or oil reserves. The hero figured it out and with some crafty military moves , checkmate, Russians went home

They are still able to be aggressors on credit but with oil prices in the pit the line of credit has to be shallow. That can make them very dangerous. I don't believe for a second Putin put his nuclear forces on alert, B.S. that time but when they get to the end of their line of credit they may decide to go for broke.
It'll take a real U.S. president some time to get our military rebuilt, in the mean time let's hope the Europeans and British can hold Russia in place.

BUT the Bear still has a bite, and rootin tootin Putin is just nutty enough to exploit, frighten, and try another "trick", like Kruschev in Cuba, because Venezuela will welcome him.

I am certain our satellites are watching carefully, and I am just as certain Obama wouldn't know whether to shit or go blind, if something like that should happen. I am also certain to be melodramatic, that there is a small, but knowledgable, group of our General officers [both retired and active] who have the Counry's "back", should MR. LEAD FROM BEHIND freeze in the oval office desk chair.

the gauntlet.
In a full baritone voiced speech declaring "...we have them in the most serious negotiations and we will not be intimidated. Sec. Kerry is searching the White House grounds for his medals and V.P. Biden is having his mouth wired shut", we mean business !

A real man would call in all the living past presidents, except carter, and seek counsel but Russia gaining a tactical advantage over us, such as nuclear missiles in Venezuela, would fit into obama's plan for America. The U.S. a 3rd rate world power behind China and Russia.

U.S. Flag Rank Officers stepping in to 'help' save the U.S. would be putting their lives at risk.
I could see it if this were the Carter Administration but obama is an entirely different cat.

Addendum: Putin has nuclear tipped missiles installed in Cuba, obama says get them out, Putin says you can't make me. The missiles stay. obama has no intention, in my opinion, of using our military nor having our military capable of anything but home self defense.

Assuming arguendo--Obama has No Balls at all. Bruce Jenner offers to donate his Olympic championship testicles for immediate transplantation into Obama's scrotum. Bruce is, of course, having a surgical procedure to become a "woman".

THAT may be the only chance for the USA, once the testosterone begins to surge through the POTUS' pitiable body. He would begin to realize that giving a good threatening, manly type Reagan message WITHOUT sittng back and leading from behind, might get V V to reconsider. If not, he will probably ring up V V and ask him to come for a romantic little dinner "date" [if you catch my drift.]

to be obama's end game.
The phrase, "lead from behind" is at the very least sickening but there seems to be a large part of our population that is comfortable with it.
It sounds too much like surrender to me.
The U.S. has not lost a war yet but obama is not finished.
Maybe exile him to St. Helena.

I will not be satisfied, unless the gaps and factual inconsistencies in Obama's background, history and associations are completely clarified, whether during his last time in office, or after his removal. I believe he will AT THE VERY LEAST, BE GUILTY OF perjury on filing election application qualification statements, thus falsifying his claim to be entered onto the election ballot for President, for the 2008 election.

HIS operational methodology of "lead from behind", according to behavioral analysts, is the following :

1) Write and deliver a superb speech/lecture to a particular segment of the USA public--OR EVEN the entire nation. 2) DO NOT be decisive or "Presidential" as a real leader would, in citing policies and the rationales for policies. 3) Instead, cite only what HIS PREFERENCES are, and then sit back like a non-directive psychotherapist, and let people "rise to the occasion", OR" FAIL to 'rise to the occasion' ". 4) AND if the latter occurs, he can always say," I tried my best."

This Presidential period will go down in the history of the USA, and accepted by religious citizens, as a certain rebuke by the Almighty, for what can happen when inherent human intelligence, is subordinated to the sure promise for getting almost "everything" for "nothing".

Obama may have

his choice of several different Federal Pens, before this segment of US history is in the books.
