The Glocks have an easy to find 30 round clip. Start there.

.40

as far as compact...
I like glock23, sig P229, and XD compact .40. All of those will have atleast a 12 or 13 round mag (unless you live in cali), and you can find extended mags in 15rd, 17rd, and 30rd like sytasyn said.

as for sub compact...
glock27 comes with a 9rd standard, but you can get an 11rd, 13rd, 15rd, 17, or 30rd... depending on how much you want the mag to stick out.
