Suggestions for an adjustable sight for a Sig P226

Hello-
I recently bought a Sig P226 and don't like the stock sights. Does anyone have any suggestions for an adjustable rear sight I should look into? I really would like to get a sight that can be slid into the existing factory dovetail. Thanks in advance.

adjustable sights

I put some new adjustable trijicon night sights on my 1911. Love them. They should make some that fit a p226 with out milling the slide. fortunately, all of my sigs have fixed trijicon night sights too.
