I may have to get one.....don't tell Annie.

Interesting. I'll have to see one in person before I really give any thought to buying one.

Got a question: (Knowing I'll get slammed for it, but I'll ask anyway.)
Why can't one of these esteemed gunmakers create one like this for us mousegunners?
I mean, .25 ACP is not exactly renowned for its stopping power (but how come nobody will ever volunteer to take a bullet from one?), but in a 16 1/4" tube, I'd bet it would have the "thump" to take out squirrels, etc., accurately and effectively at 50-75 yards. I know the .32 ACP can do it. I knew a guy who converted a .32 rimfire carbine into a .32 ACP by cutting and rechambering the barrel, modifying the feed and action mechanisms, and doing a slight adjustment to the old factory sights. He now has a sweet takedown lever action carbine that goes into the swamps with him every day to keep the water moccasins out of his boat. And what would be wrong with a .380 ACP carbine? We do 9x19s every day. How about 9x17s or even 9x18s? Remember the old cigarette commercials for that 101mm cigarette, "Just a silly millimeter..."?

I actually think this would be a pretty cool idea! A .25 or .32 or even .380 caliber weapon of this sort would be a cool little thing to have in the collection and you could no doubt use it for home defense and even some small game. And I bet you're right about that .25 ACP having plenty of thump coming out of that carbine barrel. Someone needs to have a look at this concept!

I have a 9mm Marlin Camp9. Great little shooter. Have hi-cap mags for it. Shoots like an old M1 Carbine.
My everyday pocket carry is a .25 Beretta with Hornady Deep Penetration ammo. Need every advantage one can get. .25 were used exclusively by OSS in WWII to pop someone in the head at very close range if not contact.
I want one of those new .28ga/.45 Taurus revolver based on the Judge. There is stopping power and with my old eyes can't hardly miss with .28 ga and #2 shot.

How about one in .22 WMR. I would like to have a conversion kit for that for my AR.

22lr is too slow for anything bigger than a rabbit. I have a herritage in 22 WMR. reaches out past 50 . Wish they had a conversion kit

I have to agree with you and Demo on this one, the .22 Magnum would be awesome in an AR-15 platform, not to mention a hell of a lot cheaper to shoot. If anyone would make one they would have a hard time keeping them on the racks.
