Anyone out there own a PT24/7? I was wondering about how many rounds ti takes to break them in good. Also if you've found any problems with the gun?

Somebody has to be her Daddy! Lucky you. By the way, I was talking about her pistol. Just because I'm in the army, doesn't mean my mind is in the gutter. It is, but that's besides the point.

Thank's ebear! I put 200 rounds through mine the day after I bought it, with just one eject problem. That was after I shot about 150 rounds loaded with unique through it. I cleaned it before, but not until I got home, so I wasn't real worried about it. I'm going to switch to Winchester 231 when I get home and reload more. I love that Pistol! I wish I had it here.

When you reload do you use a Lee factory crimp die?

Yes I do. I didn't when I first started reloading, and was getting good accuracy most of the time, but the factory crimp makes a big difference and a lot more consistency. I bought a dillion progressive press that I will use when I get home, and I will get their factory crimp dies for that.

I have to wait until I get back to the States. You tube is blocked from our network here. I'm lucky to get this one to come up. As soon as I get home, I'll look it up.

I'm hoping to have my custom rifle waiting on me also. I send a picture of both of them when I get back.

I'm over here For Operation enduring Freedom. We've been over here, longer than we've been in Iraq. Not much fighting and dying going on here, so it doesn't make the news. Most of the fighting is amoungst the locals.
I can't go into much more detail than that on this net. When I get home, I can give you an ear full!
