that can be mobile or fixed in position. It is electrically driven in azimuth and elevation by a single centralized control, similar to turrets on heavy bombers. If I remember correctly, a 90mm/120mm AAA Gun Battery, had several in their T/OE to be used ageinst strafing aircraft.
Every unit member had to "qualify" on this beast, regardless of MOS.
It was just about the most fun I had on active duty.

when one is a soldier, one is expected to perform his job well and faithfully. As a Non-Commisioned officer, I was responsible for knowing the operation of every weapon and every system, including 90mm AAA guns, 50 cal quad mounts, Optical/Analog Computer Directors, High Power generators and My MOS responsibility--the Gun Directing Tracking Radar.

compared to GreasyPaws. I know almost nothing about modern military long guns. My only knowledge base is handguns and handgun cartridge ballistics.
