Has anyone heard about this law? I was speaking to a peace officer about it and he said texans can now carry a hand gun in the car as long as it is in the glove compartment or hidden. We still have to have CCL to carry on our person. The car is now considered part of our castle. So far Texas has had 56000 applications for the ccl this year. What kind of carry law do you have in your state? By the way I believe in CCL not open carry. |

Yeah, when I went to NY with my family in 2004 to pay respects too ground zero. I got a lot of funny looks because of the way we talked. They looked real scared if I asked them a question.

I consider myself Texican because My family was from east Texas(Lockhart area) back when this was the Republic Of Texas. My grandfather was a cowboy who rolled his own cigs. New how to rope. When I go up North they think all Texans have a horse and truck. Maybe a gun but I dont know about a truck.

don't know....conceal carry is against the law over here.so i always carry some sort of pocket knife.or what ever is laying around. i guess

well i live in cook county where gas is 4.20 a gallen for reguler.idrive an Infinity so thats 4.40 for premium.Thats why i shoot a 9mm instead of a .45.And i don't get cheese on my Whopper.lol

in Washington state if u are huntin u can carry an exposed pistol but if u are carryin a pistol u need a ccl otherwise. easy to get fill out papers pay your 65 dollars wait 30 days and if you are legal carry away Wa dont have a castle doctrine because if you can prove self defense u are ok but u gotta watch out for those democrats

back when my wife and i started dating we had only been together for six months when christmas came around she bought me a Rossi matched barrel combo 410 shotgun with a 17 hmr barrel plus she bought scope mounts and rings but i had to buy my own scope cause she didnt want to get the wrong one turns out that her mom buys her dad a new gun every year for christmas so she learned well

i have a cz75 copy made in italy cant spell name too long it has 2 barrels one in 9mm and one in 41 action express,i have a high standard 22 called the plinker,i have a h&r 9 shot double action revolver in 22 long rifle and a six shot single/double action h&r 22 mag, i had a bryco 9mm but i just gave it to my father in law for a fishin gun and i have a davis 380 for the wife

im just getting my feet wet, but i really do love shooting.the only rifle experiance I have is shooting a 12 guage at rabbits and rats on my father's ranch in mexico.about 20 some years ago.

i got the stoeger couger 9mm ( its a berreta made in turkey) It's a fun gun to shoot, I go to the range with my buddy who's a gun nut and i shoot mine and whatever goodies he brings that day. glock.colt .44 mag, so far.

just remember that for the best prices for rifles and shot guns go to Walmart everyone talks smack but for a gun bro on a budget this is a good place to start
