Thought and Prayers PLEASE!!!!!
I really debated with myself, (A LOT) about letting ALL of you, (2 people on Gunslot know about my situation) know what has been going on in my home. The article I pasted below, is out of the local newspaper, and was published yesterday. The only reason I finally decided to bring this to all of you, is simply because I have no freakin clue as to where I will be in the next few days, and dont know whether I will have internet access or not. And also, because ya'll are the only Men I even really want to have anything to do with right now. As of this very moment, I am still in the house, and he is @ a friends house. Im trying to find somewhere to go by tomorrow night, and I am packing like a mad woman, just trying to get the hell outta dodge. Whenever, and however I can get online, I promise I will, so ya'll will know I am ok. But for now, your thoughts and prayers are greatly needed!!! I love most each and every one of you like brothers and I hope I am not away for long. ACE - Amy Paris TN: Man allegedly holds gun to woman's head at Henry County home By DANIEL WILLIAMS Timothy O. Estep, 44, of 9775 Highway 641 north of Paris, was arrested at his home by Sgt. David Powell of the Henry County Sheriff’s Department. Powell and Deputy Kyle Waldron went to Estep’s home after a 911 hang up call and spoke with him. While Powell was talking to Estep, a woman behind Estep signaled that he had a gun in his back pocket. Powell took the loaded Taurus snub nose .357 caliber handgun and had Waldron detain Estep while he spoke to the woman inside the home. She said Estep held the gun to her head after some money problems had gotten worse. Estep later admitted to holding the gun to her head and was arrested. A family friend was allowed to come to the home and take the victim’s other guns to Kentucky, according to a report by Powell. Bond was set at $10,000 and he is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Henry County General Sessions Court. “When firearms go, all goes. We need them every hour.”- George Washington

I havent talked to most of my kinfolk N awhile..... But even some of the other family members I have close 2 me right now, wont help me. Its Just me and ya'll!!! Thats why I finally felt I had 2 let ALL of ya'll in on all of the BS!! I will B @ a friends house 4 the next cpl of days, and then I have to go from there.... I dont have a lot 2 work with. Just B here 4 me in spirit, and N prayer..... K?? Thanks Bob!!!

I'll be damned if I understand kinfolk that won't stand by you. In my family, you could be totally pissed at somebody, but if somebody outside the family was coming down on them everybody stood together, and this meant all the way to the death. After the outside threat was taken care of, you could go back to being pissed, but somehow it never was as bad as before the outside trouble.
I realize that this may sound pretty extreme, but look around you. It's not that uncommon.

I agree ecaman that family should stand by you; therefore I wonder why your family is not sticking by you Ace? Generally when everyone is pointing a finger at you, that are closest to you, the problem might be you. Now I disagree with any man pointing a gun at anyone especially a woman, but NONE of us know what happen in that home, (all any of us have heard is ONE side of the story) except the people that were there and the families that are closest to them. Am I condemning or criticizing Amy no, but I do believe everyone should look at the entire story before making any judgment calls. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth and that may not be much.

Shackelford is right about being careful about what you post.. So far thats in the clear, all your "on screen" comments about home life have been free and clear of anything that could be a negative, and sure no problem with printing what was in the paper..

ACE, you know my thoughts on this one. Let me repeat something....It's not your fault. It has never been your fault. There is no excuse for this behavior, no matter what was going on. A "man" should NEVER do this to a woman even if she is standing on his balls with spiked heals. Guys of this nature will always try and make you feel like it's your fault, like you deserved it in some way. You DIDN"T derserve this, again, it's NOT your fault. Hang in there.

this is a very serious post, I didn't pick up on it until Amy made her smart phone post tonight.....That sort of behavior is despicable......Even on my 'drunkest day' I would not behave like that, holding a gun to my wife's head.....No fucking way.......Be well Amy and be armed, I imagine at some point they will let him out OHR, thats when the trouble starts.......(edit) The kid's are with you I trust, not with some unfriendly relative?
