Tell us: How long have you played the game, and what your current handicap is, what level of competitive golf you play, and whether you have ever played a championship golf course from the pro tees.
While you are at it, perhaps you could give us your analysis of poor Tiger's golf swing faults. I am sure he would be interested.

i shall try to answer your post, point by point.
first: as a long time admire'er of the professional athlete i have an uncanny ability to know when a athlete is" mailing it in ". also being around pro baseball players and pro scouts gives me added insite.
second: 25 years is how long i have enjoyed the game..my handicap is mmm
i'd say twenty, its been a while since i played 18 holes.
third: level of competition huh, well the last foursome i played with over myrtle beach, one guy had a ruger over/under shotgun to clear the canadian geese...work too..!!
last i feel the tiger needs to play more often, instead of the few majors that he picks and chooses now. OK maybe i was to hard in my choice of words

20 handicap!! I give you a lot of credit for admitting that, but not for your claim of knowledge about pro athletes. Hell's bells-- I was around pro baseball players from the age of about four, and all I learned was how to scratch my crotch, spit a lot, tell really raunchy jokes, and get in the face of the umpire [ for effect, sort of like in pro wrestling]. (My dad was a AAA umpire, and I could get into the Phillies and Athletics games for free when I was a kid). But you may be right--I remember thinking about it when they seemed to be doggin' it.
But Tiger does not dog-it. If you watched last years US Open, his knee was about to come apart and caused him great pain, and he hung in there and won.
I have been playing golf for about 65 years, and I have worked for and played rounds with many of the biggest name players from the 60's, 70's and 80's. They would not give their mothers strokes when playing a dollar nassau, let alone think about doggin' it.
The bottom line about the game of golf is that you could be the best there is, and have a really bad two days, and not make the "cut", but when you look at El Tigre, he almost never misses the cut, and even though you think he's doggin it, he winds up near the top. He never gives up. You must think he had a bad Spring---he won only two, one of which is referred to as the "fifth major" on a really difficult course, shooting one of his worst first rounds.
IMO as he approaches age 40, he will break all existing records, except one--He will never win 11 tournaments in a row [Byron Nelson's record].

appreciation of mr.woods skills should be rewarded by a lifetime membership in the fan club-if not that, then in the clubhouse where i shall be telling stories of my great golf hero the king of swing MR. JOHN DALEY. whom i played a round of golf with him..we teed off at 9;15 and where in the clubhouse at 10;05 by mutual agreement...a good time was had by all...i think it was for the local cancer society drive..i just cant recall

Them hookers dont count as playing 18 holes. Sorry man ya left yer self open on that one lol. Man I hate golf if i want to put a ball in a hole i will shoot a cap and ball gun in a snake hole....but then again im would be killing my freinds the snakes....damnit you got me monologing.

We have good and bad days at the range and Pro's have their unsatisfactory appearances. If someone still wants to pay you big $$ for a poor appearance
