I tried to post this in response to the sarcastic ARFCOM comment but was unable to for some reason.
This is GUNSlot. I have no problem with BS discussions. They should just be in the proper places. That's why the "Off Topic" section was created. We are lucky enough to have good search engine optimization as a site. When someone searches info about a particular gun or accessory, we generally come up ranked fairly high. That person doing the searching doesn't care to read through a bunch of BS discussions, they're seeking information plain and simple. My comment was not meant as a personal attack to any particular person. I was just trying to say that we need to try to stay on topic more of the time. Every successful internet forum follows that simple guideline (especially when it comes to a new members post). There is a proper place for any type of discussion Gunslot. "Off topic" is where all discussions that aren’t about Guns, Knives, Strategies Tactics & Training, Political & Legal, Girls, and Site News should be held.
