traps and property protection
this is a serious question for all you guys living in the southwest and along the texas-mexico border...ARE YOU GUYS ALLOWED TO SET TRAPS AND OR SOME TYPE OF "BOOBYTRAPS" ON YOUR LAND.. I have reasons for the things I do, just don't expect them to be reasonable |

But Arizona has a great law, regarding fences. You can lay out a wall or fence with bricks or rocks and completely surround your boundaries. Even if it is only 1 stone or brick high. It is your intention to complete that wall or fence someday. If anyone steps over that and onto your property it is trespassing and akin to breaking and entering and you can arrest them or have them arrested. We is still the old west here, watch out for them rustlers. You will see this all over the Southwest, property lines delineated by rocks.

we have a very good law regarding property rights and home domain. a will try to find it and " copy and paste"..as long as i have a fenced in and a sign stating a warning if someone comes in uninvited all bets are off..whatever i have the trespasser is taking their life in their hands..
