The betrayal of a TRUST or CONFIDENCE, breach of faith; TREACHERY If he has done any of the above than that is grounds for IMPEACHMENT. All so you have the LYBIA ISSUE where 4 AMERICANS DIED. Because a mass level of lack of trust and other draconian bills that have become law without regard to liberty, up to this point congress and others alike have more than violated a fragile trust between citizen and elected official. It has become painfully obvious that elected officials need be reminded; they swore an OATH to the CONSTITUTION of the United States, not bureaucrats with deepest pockets. Abdicated the sworn oath of office; Authorization to assassinate American Citizens, cannot be found in the US Constitution, we are entitled to due process, (A Judge and Jury.)
