Yeah but 841743 people have voted on it and 97% say yes......that means 816,490 people said yes.....and the other morons said no....besides this vote was from 2007 I believe
traumatriage1911

ssrs10
Well it was November 2007. But still worth putting our two cents in I suppose
DEMO
How can anyone vote no? Even if you work for the brady campaign?
Gunnin88
Haha 97% chew on that Democrats. take our guns and we will make sure you never hold public office in the good ol USA again. Ask Clinton how the assult rifel ban worked for him and his buddies..lol

is that it means diddly squat. All you have to do is have the NRA say "Go Vote" and the thing is meaningless. What we ought to be concerned about is nationally commissioned polls that are scientifically valid, polls from Roper, Gallup, etc. When you look at this kind of poll, the rate is about 65% believing individuals have the right to gun onership. This is a nice majority, but it really isn't enough. It could swing easily. In rural areas the percentage is more like 75%, as you might suspect. But the problem is, the urban areas are taking over from rural areas in terms of percentage of the population. Clearly, compared to the 19th century, the percentage is headed down, not up.

Clinton served both terms. I don't think it hurt him. Bush Sr signed the assault weapons import ban. Don't forget that we have no friends.
Gunnin88
Clinton is on record saying it was a mistake and the majority of the Dems that voted for it were not re-elected. the NRA smeared them. Later today when I get free time here at work I'll try to find the youtube 2 part video which proves this.

Not exactly the link I was looking for but you get the point
