Walther P22
The Walther P22 is a nice lookin little .22lr pistol. Anybody have any opinions on it? I have heard both good and bad. "Bravery is the capacity to perform properly even when scared half to death." — Gen. Omar Bradley |

bought one it has the green frame NICE lookin nice feelin and it shoots real well too i am saving to buy me one gonna use it for carry at work cause as a mechanic i want something small and light and after shooting one i have no issue with the fact it is a 22 i would feed it CCI Velocitor ammo plus i am in the woods alot and this will be sweet for grouse!

I held the Walther P22 at a gunshop today. It was smaller than I expected and it was just ok. Not the greatest feel, but not the worst. Also, the safety was fairly difficult to engage. But for your purposes greasypaws, it would work great.

I own a P-22 and love it. It's preferred bullet is the CCI mini-mag.
I have never had any problems with it; I carry it as a back up gun.
A friend owns a SIG Mosquito and has had a lot of problems with it; I would buy another P-22 in a heartbeat.
