I'm trying to go through and read the posts that are listed as new and I realize that I have no idea what the envelope symbols on the left column mean. Anybody know?

If you go into one of the topics, like Gun Discussion, there are envelope symbols on the left side. Some are yellow, some are grey, and some show closed envelopes and some show open envelopes with paper sticking out.

Yeah, I dunno...I see what you're talking about now......at first after looking at it I thought it was something to do with the number of pages that the topic had but I'm not sure....

Actually.....I think I know.....I think it's forum topics which are currently under discussion are the one's with the open letters. The yellow ones are the ones that are in open discussion and have new messages
