This talk of Priuses and 72 Camaros and other cars I've never even heard of got me wondering what kind of dreamers we have. I won't ask for a specific number of vehicles in your wish list, but throw in a few of the top choices. Here's my first few:

1- 1969 Corvette with 427 Tri-Power engine and 4 spd manual trans

2- 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS (Yep, black with red pinstripe)

3- 1973 Chevrolet Nova SS, Silver (My dad had one, people in town named it the Silver Streak. It got stolen and stripped twice in Texas)

4- 2006 GMC Ultimate Class IV Topkick Pickup 4x4. (Yep, Ironhide from the Transformers movie)

5- 2008 Audi S8

6- 2009 Corvette ZR-1

My dream car was the

Oscar Meyer Hot dog mobile, but alas the police told me I had to sell it and quit hanging around the play grounds

that vehicle thing..

Posted this earlier but don't know if you guys saw it.. I was pretty lucky the first car i owned was and will always be the coolest i will ever have.. I worked construction in HS and in 65 bought an XK150 drop head coupe..(1959, 3.4 L) brother was home on leave and convinced the folks that it was a great deal..and man was it.1,500.. remember it was 6 years old and in 65, i was stupid enough to sell it when i went in the service cause it had an auto trans.. The deal is that this was the rarest of the rare.. they imported less than 500 of the drop heads (roadster) with borg warner trans.. so this thing today could buy a small city.. That puppy was beyond cool. bit of a dog with the 3.4, and auto, but Red, and wire wheels.. Just to show how far i went down hill, vehicle #2 was a rambler..Yep..and 4 door at that..

so besides wanting the Jag back i would pick:

62 300SL, a 1958 chevy 348, and round it off with a 1948 80 ci tank shift HD.. Most of the flat heads are 45's but they made both a 74 and 80 in flat head..

dream car

That would have to be a Unimog. I am like a dog, I like trucks...

Actually I guess my dream vehicle would be a super tanker on wheels so I could drive my Unimog more than 60 miles at a time...

the Y2K Bike would be cool too.

Oh and one of those SUV's from Dillon Aero.

our military uses a unimog in engineering units-SEE-small emplacement excavator-which is nothing more than a unimog with a 450 Case front end loader on the front and a backhoe attachment from the same on the rear.Yep,I worked on them...I want one.
