Classic, you guys remember the crash on Guam? Apparently, from what I heard and read about it, two Asian pilots (pilot/co-pilot) had a disagreement, but the junior pilot (co-pilot) did not want to upset the senior, according to their culture, so he just sat there and watched as the plane crashed into the moutainside.
Funny followup. I met (on Guam) one of the survivors of that crash. It was really interesting...
