I have been asked by several people lately what would be the best optic to put on a rifle. I have personal experiance with the Trijicon ACOG's, but I would like to see what all yall out there would suggest.

RED DOT holographic, generation II for my CX4/40. It was approx. half the price of a comparable EO Tech, and is rumored to be made by EO Tech for the Bushnell marketing org.
IMO, the Bushnell is an excellent performer--very well designed and made, very durable, and once sighted in, holds the adjustments perfectly.

An ACOG probably would be lots more $$.

Tactical sights

The C-more sight is a good one. Bushnell makes a good red dot scope to. A lot is going to depend on how much money you have to spend. ACOG is a good sight but it is going to cost you.

Thanks for the input yall. I have a bunch of coworker/friends who have armed up during the obama scare, or have had rifles already who are now wanting to accessorize. I am forwarding the info to them as it comes, so keep the info comming yall, I appreciate it a lot.

If you aren't worried about money i would go with the Trijicon ACOG or the Aimpoint both are good and will serve you well.
