I wondered why the schools are not sending homework back home with the kids anymore, and I found out why. They are teaching them absolute shit in the public school system. My boy brought home his school work, so I thought I would take a look at what he is working on. They were learning about World War II, but they omitted Adolf Hitler and the Jewish holocaust. There was no mention of it in any of their studies. What is up with this? Oh, they mentioned the Japanese and the atomic bomb and how terrible it was that we used the bomb on the poor Japs, but they didn't even give the first mention of the Nazi's or concentration camps. That is why our kids are so fucked up. They are being fed watered down bullshit that the liberal teachers find politically correct. I told him about the Nazi's and Hitler and the concentration camps and mass murders and Ann Frank and all of the stuff that they omitted. He was shocked and amazed. It is still hard for me to wrap my head around what it is that these panty-assed liberal teachers are thinking but the truth will set you free. If we don't learn history then we are doomed to repeat it.

They will be home schooled and taught a hearty portion of knowledge.

My two nephews are currently in jr. high, and I have to agree with you on or schooling system. I have a three year old daughter and I have decided my wife and I are going to home school her so she gets a proper conservative/liberatarion education. I am going to let her play sports with puplic schools, so she can interact with other kids her age.
I have noticed that since she is always around my wife and I that she does not like to play with other kids her age because she talks and acts three years older. I think this is great, but I do catch greif from other people saying that I am making her grow up to fast. I say screw them, my daughter is smart as a whip and still knows how to have fun. At three she can tell you what a liberal is, what the Constitution used to be, and tell you what happened on her favorite cartoon today. Children are like sponges they will absorb all the knowledge you will pour to them.
It is our job as parents to show our children what has happened in history. Our kids will be the ones that run this country when the liberals finally run our great country into the ground. With the knowledge our kids learn from us they will know that history repeats itself and will not make the mistakes that have happened for three generations now.

“If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in government, our country will stand in need of it's experienced Patriots to prevent it's ruin."Samuel Adams

we home schooled our kids too. they are in public school now. the idea that we have to socialize our children through the public school system is b.s. i teach 3rd graders every wednesday night at church and some of those kids don't have a clue. i see more anti-social behavior than social interaction. on your second note:history revisionism. it is rampant throughout society at large. even science is effected by the systems agenda. whether they are home schooled or attend public school we as parents need to stay on task. review the lessons and ask questions. the idea that truths are subjective and things are relative is a common downfall. our for fathers knew this and based our country's laws accordingly. at the end of the day the biggest lesson we can teach is setting a good example. by the grace of God i hope i am.

I can't wait for the day when we privatize our education system, so we can spend all that money allocated by the government for education on bombers.

the other day and said that they were learning about Abe Lincoln. He said that Obama was not the first black president, but it was Honest Abe. I asked him where he heard that. He stated that he heard it at school. He looked at a picture of Abe and said, "well he looks kinda black in this picture." That part was kinda amusing, but what wasn't so amusing was the fact that no one corrected him after he was convinced that Abe Lincoln was black. The teachers, other kids, no one. I told him that black men and women were slaves back then and they had no rights as citizens and therefore could not hold public office. The lights started lighting up in his mind. The public school system's fog started to lift and it all started to make sense to him. I am not a brilliant man, but I know shit when I smell it, and what they are teaching in the public schools is shit.

I will be very heavily involved in my son's education. The issue is that parents don't demand a list of the school curriculum and don't follow up. One or two parent/teacher conferences won't make a difference.

The problem is that

They have catered to the politically correct for so long that they don't have a clue how far they have strayed from the facts. Or maybe they do. All of the class curriculum must be approved at the start of the school year, by the board of education and the principal of the school. Those are the people that are letting this shit get through, and we, as busy parents, are not paying enough attention to what is going on here. Our kids are getting brainwashed by this uber-PC educational system and we don't have a clue that it is happening right under our noses. this just makes it easier for the libs to further their agenda by turning our kids on to it.
