I'll start it off--the theme from THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY
Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs can't be beat!
i almost said that one.....ur right
ebear your favorite theme is from brokeback mountain, quit lying to people!
Well, I always liked it.
What's up guys?
whats up big money!!!!...how's Greg doin?
I have been under the radar and off the grid for a few days.
I was hoping to find out about gregs status from yall.
if someone knows sumtin..fill us in
nuttin bout greg, but theme song would have to be Going up to Boston from the movie The Departed
Theme song, the soundtrack to Last of the Mohiccans. I love the whole soundtrack to that movie. Yea I know, I'm a geek.
Yep, I thought of that one after posting.
And Dukes of Hazzard, just cuz of Waylon.
I'd forgot how hot them Bach women were!
Vaq, how ya doing man? I'm glad I aint the only one that likes that soundtrack. The dukes of hazard one is a good one too.
dukes of hazzard-waylon jennings
I'm feeling a tad weak. I read about this new "sammich" diet.
Thought I'd give it a try. It seems that you prepare cold cuts in the usual manner but the "ingestion" is a bit unorthodox. Peppers are off my list of sammich fixins. I had to give up mustard too! I'm starting to appreciate extra mayo, if you get my drift!
Vaq, LOL. Yea, I heard about that diet too. I think I will pass on it. I'd rather just make my own and eat it normally!
remember much of any of them except the ones said so far. Always waited for someone to do something so bone headed enough that Roscoe could call them "Dipstick" (besides himself)
Been gone, sudden family funeral Friday. Then the transmission on my van gave out when I got back.
GP and ACE I am going to take a short nap (got to) and then I'll have an email for you both. I'll get everything caught up.
theme from "debbie does dallas...who could forget:" boom-chika -bowa" by little squishy & the cum drippers. My daddy used to sing me that song before i would go to sleep, thanks for bringing up those memories...sniffle.
Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale
a tale of a fateful trip,
that started from this tropic port,
aboard this tiny ship.
The mate was a mighty sailin' man,
the Skipper brave and sure,
five passengers set sail that day,
for a three hour tour,
a three hour tour.
Old But great
Theme from The Searchers...
"The Magnificent Seven"
Maybe Hawaii Five-O?
"It's a Small World"
That would be funny IF we had not gotten stuck on the ride at Disney World during some sort of mechanical failure years ago, thereby subjecting us to listen to the song over and over for 45 minutes... I can't ever stand to hear that song again. Oh, great, now it's in my head... *SOB!*
everytime I took the kids or grandkids to Dizzyland, that song would be with me for days.
Dukes of Hazzard for sure and what about Star Wars, I always liked that.
Beverly hillbillies is pretty close to perfect..
Thanks for inquiring guys.. and Sam i just noticed the "check".. Thank you.. Tomorrows test day, were out of here early, then just a matter of waiting for the results..
i took the weekend off my friends.. the power cord blew on my lap top, and to be honest i just wasn't in much of a conversation mood.. That being said i got on last night and brought myself up to speed for the past couple days..
See ya all later tonight..
"said California is the place ya oughta be.. so they loaded up thier stuff and moved to Beverly...
Hills that is..
Hey ole' timer.
You blew a laptop cord, how does that work?
Is that what they call it now? LOL
Sorry my sick mind is working OT today!
I will not go near that building and when the train goes thru the middle I plug my ears. The first time I went on that ride with my kids I managed to get my finger outside of the boat, which then rammed up against the concrete bulkhead and smashed it. My wife said it was retaliation for making disparaging remarks. Never again.
What? No one mentioned Green Acres????
Eddy Albert, and who had the female lead.. za za or someone close.. just remember the accent..
Sam.. your sick mind is catching.. if cunnilingus and fellatio or correct terms what would one call it for power cords.. oralelectric perhaps.. Will have to ask ebear next time he's in.. im guessing hes had a house hold appliance or two..
greg great to see you brother!
I can't see anyone!!
ok ok Vaq Greg great to read you again!
Just one of those days.
No harm no foul never took it personal thought you were just joking
Hey R3, you broke anything new today??
No, why you lookin to buy a new gun? lol
R3, always!! NExt time break a toe or an ankle or something. Geez, help a guy out would ya?
I dont think the drive to tenn would be worth the time. I mean really whats in Tenn? LOL
R3, well, we have alot of squirrels. And some moonshine. See, there's dinner right there.
OK next tree rat season I will break my pinky so I can come see you and hunt the tree rats and drink the white lightnin! LOL
Yep just sorta taking life easy.. just got finnished doing the WD40 thing to our locks.. have a couple of out buildings and i have them common keyed with Master's.. you know how it is with out side locks, every couple of years its "spray" time.. and today was the day..
Were off for tests tomorrow at 0dark30.. prayers accepted.. Not much else going on.. power cord cost 80 at bestbuy.. Gloria picked this one up at walmart for 20 less, and last night the middle girl (the CPA) called and has one coming from craigs list for 20 bucks.. Funny i had saved the box just in case it failed fast..Now looks like its on the return tredmill..
Whats new with you guys.. Everybody taking note of the big stink around old "sortatoughs" church thats burning Korans for shits and gigles... Were news leaders guys.. we all heard it first here at the club..
keep telling the boy to drink that prune juice..but nooooo
i could screw up a wet dream...
I once got stuck on the small world ride as well it was possibly the most horrific and traumatizing thing that ever happened to me. I'm gonna have to say Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic park........ pretty much all the John Williams songs, I love them all.
The folks took us to Disneyland in 1960. Don't know when that vid that Sam posted was filmed but it looks pretty much like that one and only time ive been there.. i was 12 and remember the jungle ride.. oh and Annette Funicello... you know the usual thing.. yeah i got lucky.. it was a mad but short relationship.. what can i say we were both to young for it to last..
guess i bumped my head against one of those damn fiberglass hippos... sigh.
back at ya pard..
Speaking of disney rides, I will always regret not riding space mountain. I was about 10 or 11, m and my cousin waited in line 45 minutes for the ride, we were the next to get on and we chickened out. I haven't been back since. But, if I ever do go back, I gotta ride it if it's still there.
Of all the travels I've had, never been to Disneyland or epcot.
However, everyone I know that has been there tells the same stories yall tell.
I will sleep well tonight, unlike some of yall. LOL
Back to ya pard.
when I was 40. The guy i went with kept saying, "What goes up must come down. What goes up must come down." I finally told him to STFU. Good thing they don;t turn the lights on in that thing because you are WAY HIGH IN THE FUCKING AIR! This is not a good thing. Don't go there. Star Tours is just fine, thanks.
but the Mount Everest coaster at Disney's Animal Kingdom takes the scary cake, IMHO. That sucker goes backwards suddenly at a million miles an hour, loops and all, some of it in complete and utter darkness. So cool...
You should try the tower of terror at the california adventure Schuyler, makes space mountain seem like a kiddie ride.
I've seen Tower of Terror from the outside, and that's enough. My taste is like Sea World or the Monterey Aquarium or the Children's Museum--nice passive stuff.
"Good ole' Boys" from DOH, and the A-Team!
I really like Jan Hammers's stuff.
Big fan of Ry Cooder also.
