whats the deal..i am getting booted off the site

and being ask to put log in info, sometimes it keeps me as a guest...somebody needs to get control of "HAL"..before he shoots us all into outer space

greasypaws, this was all sort of sudden

with a note from Quinton. He said some changes were coming to make the site better. Some things are now working that weren't working this am. Give it a couple of days and let them work it out. I didn't get anymore notice than anyone else did. I too am just a mushroom around here. Keep the faith...

I know it's my computer, but the text fields are still cut off on the right. I can't download Firefox because my wife can't remember her administrator password for this computer. Oh well, I get the gist.

Dave, I am using IE and it seems to be fine now.

It was a little erratic this afternoon, but after 3 Martinis I didn't care anymore.

I have actually been pleasantly surprised by Quinton and crew's decision to upgrade the site. I figured it was a lost cause. Obama promised change, but it's gone the opposite direction it should have.

As far as why members are getting logged out I don't know. If you can post what pages you are at when it happens I'll take a look and see if there's something to it. I haven't noticed myself being logged out at all. There really should be no reason that it is doing that...
