I participated in many shit storms I did not like. When we landed in Somalia, CNN was there waiting for us. We were used like a infomercial. Every time a hot spot started up, we were sent as a show of force. Bunch of shit, but thats what we signed on for. Sometimes you fight the good fight, sometimes you are a pawn.
Look at the prison scandel in Iraq. These privates were using specific CIA techniques to humiliate intergatees. Do you really think these National guard troops were smart enough to do this. You think they were coached? But the officers do no time. The CIA was not involved? A specialist E-4 took the fall with a few E-2's getting Article 15's. Thats the game. But we all are here to risk our lifes and reputations to perform the heavy lifting of the United States.
