I just bought a Wolf tin 900 rounds 9mm. Its cheap but will it function in my ar-15 9mm? I hope I did not waste money......any thoughts?

Some batches they ship are fine, and some can be a pain the ass.

I've never used it in a AR, but it has worked fine through various handguns I've used with it. It's just a bit dirtier, but that doesn't matter much if you clean your gun after every outing.

Shot wolf with my friends AR and about every 100 rounds one got stuck in the barrel because of the powder coating. This was a real pain in the ass because you have to wait for the barrel to cool down to get it out.

It's just a matter of whether you reload. If not, Wolf is a good deal. But please pick up your casings. I for one am sick of steel shooters leaving their crap on the ground. I already got on a soapbox about this, just reiterating.

it will shoot fine, but its very dirty. I would make sure to clean the rifle right after shooting it. Also, the steel cases put more stress on the gun than brass cases

Dirty, rifle rounds are generally inaccurate.... havent tried there pistol rounds...
