Hi everyone, I am new to here. My name's Mike, AKA, Trauma. I found this website by fluke mistake, and am beginning to love it. I love fire-arms, but unfortunately my home state of USSR California doesn't see eye to eye with people's like's me. I'm simply entertained, and laugh unexpectedly at most anything, if you want understand my sense of humor check out www.failblog.org . I too used to live in The Republik of Kalifornia. I moved to Arizona in 2000 when I retired.

You still have the right to have a gun in this state even though you can't use it. Just kidding.
Call your local police department or sheriffs office for information about the county where you live to find out what their laws are.

I feel your pain. We have a blind governor who can not see upstate NY. Only the rich and welfare recipients matter here. Wish I could join SamD if my wife would let me.

I found this site by accident as well and i love it. Lots of very knowledgable gun people on here, with similar political views. I live in the socialist republic of Canada, it is a wonderful place to live, high taxes ( all for the common good of course ), free health care, club-med jail system with very lenient sentences, excellent welfare and social programs, restrictive gun laws ( which makes me sleep better at night knowing that our govt cares enough about us that they are doing something about all those bad, bad guns that kill so many people, i think that we should all have to register our knives too )We even have a govt funded national t.v station ( it only cost about 1 billion per year ) that we we can keep our unique Canadian identity otherwise we will end up with American views ( that was actually said by one of our politicians ). Welcome Comrade

I didn't know it snowed in Magalia, or did you run up to Mt. Shasta. You'll enjoy your time here I'm sure and there are a few refugees of California here. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, somebody will probably have an answer for you.

Yah it snows like the dickens up here, I took that picture behind my station, had to wear my turnout coat because it was something like 20 degrees outside, and I had just gotten done with putting on chains on our back-up ambulance. Ironhead: I was laughing the whole time that I read your post, have to register your knifes, lol, what about those Monster Snaps fireworks, are thos considered to be akin to C-4? Club med jail system, well if I have to take a life to save a life, then I will dragg their butt up to Canadia, at least I can enjoy the Continental breakfast.
