Yesterday, I had a cataract removal and new lens implant in my right eye. It was almost 18 years ago, to the day, that I had had that same kind of surgery in my left eye. Why did I have these surgeries??----Only so I could get my vision back!!!!

Seriously--if any of my friends here, have been told they need this surgery, and are putting it off, DO NOT put it off. I am here to tell you it is a "piece of cake". It is minimally invasive, done with only local anesthesia, and the prep for the procedure takes longer than the procedure, itself. You do not feel a thing during the procedure, and I never had a moment's pain from either surgery. Today, my vision is just about perfect, and of course, I am rejoicing that such a thing could be possible.

If you need it---GITTERDUN now!!!

Vision,

mine is still fine amazingly as both of my parents required corrective lenses at an early age. My mom had the same surgery as you last summer LLE, they did one eye one week and the other the next. I think it took longer to drive there than the procedure itself, she no longer need glasses...YAY!

It's no fun walking around with a permanently dirty "windshield"!!
