2pm, last Saturday, outside of the Miami Herald building, under the highway entry ramp, a naked man is eating the face off another guy. Woman notices a guy untop of another guy and flags down police officer, Officer sees guy chewing the face off of victim, tells him to stop. Guy ignores officer and continues to chew the victims face off, which is about half gone by now. Cop shoots perp. Perp continues to chew face. Cop shoots more( witnesses say they heard a half dozen shots or more) finally killing perp. Drug induced mania or acute zombieism? ,you make the call
