The Glock 18C is the compensated variant model of the Glock 18. Despite its name, the Glock 18C has a ported and not a compensated barrel.
Two oblong cuts on the Glock 18C are made in the top of the barrel and the weapon has matching cuts in the slide to direct a portion of the gases from the muzzle to significantly counteract muzzle climb while in automatic fire.

Unless your Law Enforcement, Military of a Class III Dealer doing Demo's with Letters from Police Departments, or Military Units. I don't see you legally possessing a Glock 18 because it is newer than the ban allows.
