The SIG P245 has a standard reversible magazine release. This gives the user the choice of operating it with their right or left thumb.
The weapon normally takes 6 round magazines, but can also accept the 7, 8, or 10 round magazines specifically designed for the 220. A custom grip extender is always available for use with the longer magazines.
SIG no longer manufactures the P245 because the weapon has been replaced by the 220 Carry and then more recently by the 220 Compact.

I like Sigs myself. I want to get one but I'm actually sort of torn between a newer model or actually one of the P225s or P6 as they're usually marked. I shot my friend's and loved it. Sucks though it's only a single stack.

The Sig P245 was a fantastic CCW weapon. Mine was super accurate, concealed very well.
Hell it is a Sig... whats not to like?
