I have 2, I carry on on duty, and own one which I carry concealed. Have never been disapointed in anything about them. They are very accurate and the safety features work very well. I use Hydro-Shoks in my personal one and very happy with them.

My M&P

I have an M&P45 I picked up about a year-and-a-half ago. I love it! The sights are dead-on, whether I am sweeping it off of a table or drawing it from a holster. It's a truly intuitive weapon. Accuracy is great; groups are comparable to my 1911 G.I. National Match.

2 bad things about this gun-it has a 5" barrel and its a 9mm. I know the M&P series has .40s and .45s, but to me the 9mm is just not a round that I would feel safe protecting my life. Many would probably argue that the Beretta M9 was used by both the military and the police for years and they might have staked their lives on the 9mm, but not me. Not even hollow points, which I had to empty a full clip out of a friend's M9 to end a deer's suffering on the side of the road at point blank range before it actually finally died...pretty shitty.
