I worked on it in between other things. Besides, there is allot of time waiting for things to dry as you dye, treat, seal and finish...
Though I do wish I had a machine which would handle 270 of heavier threads, the one I have only handles 180 which is good for mag pouches, belts and stuff like that.
So I have to hand sew, which can be a pain with two layers of 7- 9 oz leather.

do you get your leather ISD? I have done some leather work before, but I don't feel I'm anywhere near as good as you seem to be. One thing I learned was that using upholstery needles works as good or better than the "leather" sewing needles. Do you agree with that?
