what motor? Buick, Olds and Pont. used a different bell hsg. bolt pattern
than Chev.

yeah,but I havent been able to find one,and then I think you would have to shim the flex plate or tourqe converter

Trans adapt among others, I prefer to stay away from adaptors
as they can cause clearance issues.

yeap,me too.I dont have any extra room,that motor just barely fits,I had to shave some stuff just to make the 455 fit
