ABC Turns Programming Over to Obama. The Patriot Depot Launches to Counter to Liberal Media.
A Special Report by Jay Taylor
Managing News Editor

The mainstream media, with the exception of Fox News and some popular news web sites, have become the official propaganda arm of the radical left-wing Democratic party. Worse yet, mainstream journalists no longer hide their political bias. For example, Newsweek editor Evan Thomas recently declared on MSNBC: "I mean in a way Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God." While even journalists are entitled to their political views, it was once widely understood that accuracy and objectivity were guiding principles. Those days are long gone.

Sadly, Drudge reported today that ABC will be turning programming over to Obama so that he can promote his case for socialized medicine. ABCNEWS anchor Charlie Gibson will deliver WORLD NEWS from the Blue Room of the White House. The network plans a primetime special, "Prescription for America," originating from the East Room. All opposing voices have been excluded. Don't be surprised if you see us roll out a new bumper sticker that reads, "ABC: Advancing Barack's Communism."

To counter the blatant bias of the mainstream, state-run media, we've launched a new Free Press web site called, The Patriot Update. Founded in June 2009, The Patriot Update features headlines (whether obscure or prominent) submitted by our readers, daily commentary by Patriot Update editors and guest writers, and our all new LeftyLoonz™ Political Cartoons by artist Adam Stiles.

Within the next 24 hours, we'll be opening the site up for readers like you to submit news and headlines you find on The Patriot Update web site. Please watch the web site for details. In the meantime, we thought you might enjoy the first LeftyLoonz™ political cartoon.
