So whats the deal on being in california anyway. You know of course i went down to my local VFW the second day i was on the site.. Said, hey i now know someone from cali. There all like.. NO WAY! .. is he (i'll let this go, as i know your not) So when i tell em it's a gun site they all start laughing..can't believe you live in the land of odd and are also a shooter. Tell em no, no, really, and also the guys a vet. So they 86'd me for lying. I love all of this country, but.. well if the china dudes really wanted to buy california, im not sure a lot of us wouldn't ask how much? You seem to be a great guy pard, why don't ya pack up the family and move due east about 4 hours.. Low tax's, open carry or easy ccw, most all of us speak english...sorta.. and none of the men know more than five or six colors max. Thinking you'd be a lot more happy.

I can take any jokes you want to send over. I was in the military and my skin is thicker than most. If you would have asked me 10 years ago to go anywhere else I would have said you were nuckin futz so to speak. I have heard many times from my friends here, and I do value my friends here, that I should pack most of my crap and get out. I have already asked my wife about it. My side of the family is spread out like chaff in the wind, but, my wife needs to be close to her family and I respect that. Over the years her family in some ways I'm closer to them than my own. I wouldn't take her away from her family. They had a damn conniption when I moved 15 miles away. I love my country, but I am really pissed about what is happening to the great state I now call Kali. I have thought man times about going to Arizona or Idaho. helped a relative move to Idaho a few years ago. It was great, when I crosssed the state line, every truck had a rifle rack and a quad in the back. Those are the guys I want for neighbors, not the kind of people that will turn you in for talking about the potus.

Idaho dreaming

At one point our Daughter and son-n-law were going to move to Idaho, and asked us to check out the Boise area for both of us. Wife and i took a wonderful drive from our place in Az, thru Utah, into Wyoming, went thru Yellowstone, then into Idaho.. Your right Mike Idaho is a paradise, Every small town looks like something out of a disney movie, and yep the people were great. We went up to Chalis on 93 then west along the salmon. Looked over one time and my wife had tears in her eyes it was so beautiful, and were we live in the Mts of Az, its not to shabby.. WOW.. Spent 2 days in Boise and couldn't believe how low the home prices were.

Coeur d'Alene in the northern end of the state is where I would go when I leave the great state of South Carolina..

agree ivan

On our trip we drove over to Banks, bout half way to Coeur d'Alene, and turned south to go down to Boise, believe me i wanted to turn north and check it out, just ran out of time, and had already decided how beautiful it was. besides while i'm an inked up proud white boy, some of those folks around that area are into hate stuff i don't buy into. Notice i said some.

this is the first chance I've had to say hello and welcome your. I hope you get to like us or at least put up with us. We're a pretty conservative bunch here, but a lot of us are open minded and like debates as long as it's with intelligent people who do their own thinking for themselves instead of just regurgitating what they hear on tv. what kinds of guns are you interested in? i'm a singple parent father. i have two boys, ages 15 and 16 and both members here. you'll get to know them well if you hang out here with us often. ivan and his wife are dear friends of my boys and our family. i hope you get to him well too. he's a great guy. let us know about yourself. anything you feel comfortable to share with us.
