I have to tell you all, some of my best memories are being up at deer camp with my dad, brothers and uncles and cousins. Last year it was only my uncle and myslef, I got a nice one first day. We got the place 30 years ago, and so far it has been used every year, I dread the year no one goes up.

Charles, that is nice country, we have plenty of deer and turkey in PA, there are some elk and mountain lions in PA, here in Jersey we also have coyotes. the hogs are just starting to be a problem in certain areas. We are infested with deer and turkeys in jersey, the deer tend to be small here.I have a friend who a Sallas fireman, he lives in Mesquite, he goes hunting at his family's place in LA. He invites me all the time, I plan on going in the next few years. I want to kill a hog in the worst way.

I have this thing about taking game with a shotgun/bow/rifle so I would want to do that with hogs as well

not if you hit them right, I used to hunt with compound bows until I hurt my shoulder. I would also have a side arm, I am good but not that goos. lol.
