I would say not,

that folding stock and top rail would probably make it not Ca. compliant.

Not to brag but

I actually own two of these bad boys with folding and hook stock, that are not only bad looking but shoot outstanding, they will shoot any 12 gauge rd, if not semi you have the back up system of pump action.

i only shoot custom loaded shotgun shell loaded buy me so i really only shoot mine in semi i dont like to do all that work plus it scuffs the paint but that shit will buff out

its better to burn out than fade away
