Working on my Mosin Nagant 91/30. Got a bent bolt for it all new internals and polishing everything up on it and in it. It's buffer time. Trying to buy a new stock for it, Thumbhole Tactical, left shooter, right cocker. Going to put a Timney trigger and safety in it. Going to add a muzzle brake, trim the bbl a few inches and take off iron sights. When you remove the rear sight, there is a dovetail 3/8" mount under there. Put a picatiny on it and some good optics.
Going to order another can of 7.62X54 (440 rounds) stocking up for the armageddon.
How is that Mosin pistol coming?

I don't have the recovery from shooting that i had in years past, and honestly it's not as enjoyable for me to shoot full power loads as it "usta" be.. i have all of brother Garys ammo.. He had loaded a lot of 357 to what were labeled "hot".. wow.. Sent maybe four cylinder fulls down range before changing back to vaques padre plinkers.. pard had these whimp loaded for me, and thier like shooting 22 mags.. least compared to what Gary had loaded..

On the 91/30.. Have you looked at J&G's stock options.. i know they have a montecarlo and a thumbhole thing.. thanks for the well wishes.. short answer..yep.. by the way i never did comsimate (spcheckspceckfuckrunstruck) the deal on the pistol.. went with an old Webley instead as im back to shooting 1911's and it's a 45acp.. cool old thing has RAF on one side and the lanyard grips that get me all hot and bothered..
