it was my father in laws. Older than dirty and dirtier. He never cleaned a gun.
Anyway the barrel is about rusted thru around the 18" spot and am going to clean it up, file it smooth (wink wink) build a mag tube and try to find a wood maker who could whittle me a fore end like this and then bead blast it and parkerize it. Just a thought.
The Rem 11 was made on Browings A5 tooling, looks just like one...
