If I hit you with my 9mm, I don't think you will feel the difference.
you get hit where it matters, you a re going down none the less.
a 22LR will take you down.
cheaper to shoot too.
I go out and shoot about 200 22LR
and 6 or 12 357 to remember the
recoil and flash.
The dang wind has been blowing 25-35 for
last 3 days, rain tomorrow, I'm ready for
some skeet practice
Exactly right... When ever we all get together at the range, and sorta miss it, its been like 3 weeks now.. We try to do a stress fire thing..where your firing not only fast but with guys behind you making noise and banging stuff together. The first time we did it the targets were pretty much untouched.. Amazing the diffrence... I know weve all read about ticardia (sp), and losing fine finger movements under stress etc..But if your really trying to distract the shooter it takes a lot more concentration to get any groups at all.. Not sure if this would in anyway translate to the stress of being shot at, but at least it gives you an awarness that you don't fire the same groups under stress that you do when all is normal.. see you guys later time to do the "supper warrior" thing..
Try running for 100 yards at full sprint and then fire, that simulates adrenaline and/or shock a little better. You lose dexterity in your hands as a result of the blood rushing to the larger organs and muscles.
