Harwin Central Mall, Houston TX : The very first store that you come to when you walk from the lobby of the building into the shopping area had this sign posted on their door. The shop is run by Muslims. Feel free to share this with others.

I believe that it's entirely possible that the store owners are devout Shi'a muslims, who put the sign up to "bear their testimony" (as Christians would say) that they believe in Islam, especially the Shi'a Islam, and have reverence for the Imam Ali. It would be the same thing if a devout Christian put up a sign saying that their store would be closed on Good Friday, or Easter Sunday.
