Gunfire is almost constant around here. I've talked to lots of locals. About 99% are armed 24/7.
We cleared through a Walnut grove the last 2 days. Dang!, I wanna haul some of that home.
A good woodworker could make gun stocks for a lifetime off the stuff that got cut down just yesterday. Oak and pine are unlimited around here.
The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
Let you guys know i miss being on, been sorta "maxed" out around here.. Thought i'd just stop and make sure everything's returned to normal.. glad it has.. (chin up Mike, and don't let anything keep you from the obvious goal)
Brothers hanging in there but long way from out of the woods.. know i have your prayers guys so no "checks" needed.. Just know i appreciated the concern.. and sure is nice to have the good news i got yesterday.. For those that didn't get the word my new treatment is going great (thank God) and looks like the geez is gonna be hanging around for awhile..
Had to sell a couple of my old pieces (none that mattered) due to all the unexpected expense, but made out MUCH better than i thought.. I had bought them right to start with, but telling you the prices are REAL good right now so it was sorta a sellers market..
Pard grab some of that oak if you can.. matter of fact i see a couple of big ol poles in that pic, why can't you just cut them down... your not going to miss one of them are ya.. just let that line sorta hang a bit thru that section.. Pretty sure no one will notice.. By the way were good to go on a spring trip if you guys are serious about the NM thing..
Latter.. blankie time.. (been a lot of miss directed spiritual talk around here, this is from the heart) . God bless and keep you all...
Glad were back to normal.. Later all...
a man has to hold his word, hold his beliefs, and hold a good sight picture.
Greg I would love the Teardrop trailer
but misses would rather have a cab over.
I think I found a free one, needs minor work.
Cheap enough for the price.
I'm only 560 miles from Raton so take the
old Ford F150 with a cab over.

Thanks for the picture my friend. I thought you were building a commercial building. Didn't know you were building big ole poles to stick in the ground! Thanks for sharing.
No offense intended to the Oklahoma guys here,,,,,but I was raised that anything north of the Red River was Yankee country. LOL! Dang it Vaquero, ain't them wide open spaces beautiful?
Freedom ain't Free, so thank a Veteran when you see one. They are the ones who have protected the freedoms that you enjoy!
Randy, if ya ever get a chance to visit SE Ok. I highly reccomend it. Being from the brush or nothing country this is just beautiful. Good honest folks too. But, I am ready to get back to west Texas and my people. Wide open spaces, yep yer there alright!

I grew up in North East Texas near Tyler. So I am quite familiar with what that part of the state looks like. I still enjoy visiting out there, but I really like living out here in West Texas. One thing about it, out here there are indeed some wide open spaces and if you know the right people, you can find a place to go shoot your guns if you don't have your own place to go.

Some type of program within gunslot that will allow you to chose your own calender and choose from the pics here. Constantly rotate them.

West Texas gets colder and hotter
than the rest of the state
RandyMc
That it does.
It also is prettier and uglier.
West Texas is one of those places that you have to love to stay there, or be glad to call it home!
