Love this picture..

We had two ongoing threads on this one.. The other one (proly Sam's) was a news article that sited a past incident (cant remember, either an impending storm or hurricane) where permission had been granted to stand down the guard due to the conditions.. The Cdr of the guards response was a professionally worded "stick it" .. The guard continued unchanged thru this and every event..

For those who have yet to read "gardens of stone"... by all means put it on your must read list.

I remember a toast from the book . "To us, and those like us".. response.. "damn few".
