Snake, if i'm not mistaken you can probably get those at an army surplus store. I think they are called "tiger strips". Somebody else on here will probably know more, but I beleive they were used some in vietnam. At least, I've seen them used sparingly in some Vietnam era movies. And my local surplus store has some.

do you have a trackhoe to place those jersey barriers? That would be cool, have a stockpile of concrete barriers and a 325 just laying around so on the off chance that a SHTF scenario arises, I would be ready. Fuck it, I'm off ot he CAT store to spend 200K on a machine.

Clintlebo,we live near( 6 clicks) a large construction laydown yard... All of the heavy equipment and barriers are already sitting in line and waiting for us to make use of them. My team has done the recon. on the area and found the route we will use to fortify our little corner of the world.

I was unloading my gear when we first moved into the area. My wife hates when I talk about firearms, work or hunting. My next door neighbor, who is a preacher, came over to check out my AR-15. She was so embarassed until he pulled out a 1911, unloaded it and let me check it out. He wanted to make sure I was a NRA memeber.
Now that we have lived here for a while we realize almost everyone on the block either hunts or shoots. The old lady across the street owns a 44 mag.

Demo, I was talking to one of the guys I work with about a different kind of shotgun range. I thought 3 or 4 of us were going. They called me today and there are 15 of us going to meet this Saturday. Blew me away there are that many of us into shooting that work for the same company. I'm going to try and get them all interested in GUNSLOT and maybe get a scheduled trip going.
