Belt fed 50's are NOT quiet, guessing that even before OSHA they would have had ear protection. Also with all the powder etc, thinking these gals would have been in coveralls.. Neat pic tho.. those guns were going east or west for sure..

It is inconceivable to me that these women did not have ear protection or noise reduction of some sort. I wonder what they are doing with all that ammo, are they randomly testing?

also room seem too clean for this kind work neh. perhap this pic was taken for promotional reason and so they clean it up and show the ladies faces without the ear protection neh. also would they even have had proper ear protection in this time period ka was wonder about this too. is second world war period neh ka
